Application Process

Surface Prep

Grind or shot-blast concrete to proper profile. Fill cracks and joints.

Base Coat

Apply pigmented polyurea or epoxy base coat at proper thickness.

Broadcast

Immediately broadcast flakes into wet coating. Work in sections.

Topcoat

Scrape loose flakes, then apply clear polyaspartic topcoat.
